Welcome to KradassTalk (KTalk), a chat platform developed by Kradass Ecosystem. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

When you use KTalk, we may collect the following personal data:

  • Personal Information: Name, Email, Phone Number, Location, and Profile Photo
  • Usage Data: Information about how you use the app
  • Device Information: IP address, device type, and OS version

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Create and manage user accounts
  • Enable chat, order processing, and other app functionalities
  • Improve user experience and provide analytics
  • Ensure security and prevent fraud

3. Data Sharing & Visibility

Some user information (Name, Email, Phone Number, Location, Profile Photo) may be visible to friends, group members, or other related users within the platform.

We use Firebase, Google Analytics, and AWS S3 for analytics, data processing, and media storage.

4. Data Protection & Security

  • Chats: SHA-256 symmetric encryption for normal, group, and channel chats; RSA asymmetric encryption for secret chats.
  • Media Files: Stored securely in AWS S3.
  • General Security Measures: Secure storage, encrypted communications, and regular security updates.

5. Data Retention & User Rights

Users can request to delete their data by contacting us at thekradass@gmail.com.

If a request is valid and aligns with privacy laws, we will process the deletion promptly.

6. Children’s Privacy

KTalk is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Account Deletion & Message Retention

When a user deletes their account, all personally identifiable information (such as name, email, phone number, and profile photo) is permanently hidden from other users. However, we retain message history for security, audit, and integrity reasons.

If a user explicitly requests complete removal of their account and associated data, we will process that request in accordance with applicable privacy laws and ensure full deletion from our systems.

This design choice ensures the consistency and continuity of conversations. For example, removing messages after deletion could break group conversations, make chats unreadable, or disrupt business transactions that rely on message history.

To respect user privacy, messages from deleted accounts are anonymized, and the account is no longer associated with any future activity. We clearly inform users about this policy during the account deletion process.
