Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• Users must be 13 years or older to create an account.
• A phone number is required for account creation.
• An email is required for account recovery.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Engage in fraud, harassment, hate speech, or illegal activities.
• Share sexual, violent, or illegal content.
• Violate the laws of Cambodia or any applicable jurisdictions.

3. Account Violations & Enforcement

• Violations may result in account suspension or legal action under Cambodian law.
• KTalk reserves the right to review and remove any content violating our policies.

4. Payments & Refunds

• KTalk offers refunds only for platform-provided paid features.
• Payments made directly between users (e.g., buyer & seller transactions) are not covered by Kradass Ecosystem.

5. Data & Content Ownership

• KTalk owns all content on the platform.
• Uploaded user content is stored in our hosting database and AWS S3.

6. Encryption & Data Security

• Chats: SHA-256 symmetric encryption for normal, group, and channel chats; RSA asymmetric encryption for secret chats.
• Media Files: Stored securely in AWS S3.

7. Contact & Dispute Resolution

• Users can contact thekradass@gmail.com for support, disputes, or reports.
• Disputes will be resolved in accordance with Cambodian law.

8. Changes to Terms

Kradass Ecosystem may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
